We build Shopify and custom platforms that reflect your brand’s identity. If you’re a fashion brand, our fashion web design service takes everything from look-and-feel to conversion into account.

Tailoring e-commerce website design

For any e-commerce business, particularly in fashion, the design and functionality of its e-commerce site are crucial. Our approach focuses on creating fresh immersive experiences — normally our designs are quite minimal and contemporary sites that resonate with fashion audiences.

E-commerce visuals, photography and SEO strategies

The heart of contemporary fashion lies in its visual appeal. High-quality visuals and photography are necessary in showcasing the style, quality and direction of products on fashion e-commerce platforms.

Being seen on search engines is a critical component for any ecommerce store. An effective ecommerce SEO strategy ensures that your brand stands out in a crowded digital marketplace.

Competing in a dynamic online marketplace

Navigating the competitive landscape of online fashion retail requires agility, creativity and innovation. We assist ecommerce clients in not just understanding the market but also in deploying strategies that set them apart.

Inventory and supply chain

Efficient inventory management and a seamless supply chain are the backbones of a successful ecommerce business. We guide clients in streamlining these processes, working with fulfilment centre systems and general operational efficiency.

Unique challenges of online fashion retail

Designing around sizing, colour variants and returns is part of our retail expertise. We help develop fashion ecommerce websites that include detailed product information and user-friendly return policies.

E-commerce powered by Shopify

Common e-commerce website features

Our primary focus when building an ecommerce site is to amplify your brand, engage visitors on your site, and generate leads, regardless of your specific goals — be it direct sales, business inquiries, retail showcase or heightened brand awareness.

We create rich user experiences through interactive elements, film or video content integration, long-form creative content, and engaging ecommerce, in general playful UX features. These strategies are designed to boost website traffic, increase session durations, and enhance conversion rates.

A compelling fashion website inspires action. Collaborating closely with you, we aim to create impactful, conversion-driven landing pages that stimulate on-page conversions and foster meaningful engagement with your brand.

What is a typical e-commerce development timeline?

  1. Phase 1

    The client’s needs

This is the first and most crucial step. The client should be able to articulate their content problem or fashion need before contacting Michèle Victoria (M&V).

  2. Phase 2

    The initial chat

We like to get to know our clients. Our first meeting is a chance for us to start to figure out the best way to work with you, what the best solutions for your particular questions might be, and to really start to get under the skin of your brand.

  3. Phase 3

    The proposal and quote

We’ll talk through the project process and agree a detailed creative design brief. From this we will send you a detailed proposal, including timelines, scope and costs.

  4. Phase 4

    The kick-off meeting

Once we get the go-ahead on your project, we’ll conduct a briefing meeting. Don’t have a written brief? No worries. We’ll ask key questions to work out what your main objectives are and what features you need your e-commerce store to include.

  5. Phase 5

    The design process

Next we’ll share the first set of wireframes for feedback and revision if this is what we have planned for. We include two amendment and feedback stages, which ensure the quality, vision and creative outcome before your site goes into development.

  6. Phase 6

    Site development

Once signed off, our designers hand over to our development team who make sure that your new store is pixel-perfect. Your new e-commerce site will undergo extensive quality control, cross-device testing and browser compatibility tests before we send you a site link for review ahead of the all-important launch.

  7. Phase 7

    The finishing touches

Our team will carry out a CMS training session to talk you and your team through how to update and edit the various sections of your new website. During this process your team will have the opportunity to make any adjustments or edits to copy, images or inventory.

  8. Phase 8

    Press the button

Once you have made the finishing touches to the copy, images and content, we will ask you to sign off the site and press the button to make the site live.

  9. Phase 9

    We’ll stick around

Once your site has gone live we provide 30 days complimentary maintenance, remaining available to provide that extra peace of mind and to make sure that your transition to a live site goes as smoothly as possible.
